As women, we face unique challenges. We tend to fill many roles in our lives, which can become overwhelming. You may have been struggling with challenges on your own for some time now and, despite your best efforts, cannot see a way through. Everyone needs support through life’s challenges and transitions. If you are struggling with difficult changes in your life, feel stressed ,overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or like you just cannot seem to find the happiness and contentment you once had or know you deserve, you are not alone. I would love to help. I provide online counseling to women in GA and SC using a genuine, down to earth approach that incorporates compassion, humor, and authenticity. I specialize in women’s issues including anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum distress, substance use, life transitions, grief and loss and trauma. Deciding to start therapy is not always easy and can be a vulnerable experience. It’s normal to feel nervous about what to expect. If you live long enough, you’re going to experience problems. It’s not if, but when. It’s okay to get help when life gets overwhelming. Mental health problems can range from mild to severe. I believe that each client is unique and I take time to evaluate a person as an individual. I bring to therapy an essential aspect – the art of caring. It was ingrained in me when I was young, “No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Are you tired of suffering in silence? Do you have a story to tell, but no one to tell it to? Do you often feel unstable, but don't know what to do about it? Please reach out today.
